John is a highly experienced commercial property advisor with a 30 year career of negotiating retail rents nationwide. John also negotiates rent reviews and lease renewals in respect of office properties throughout the north of England and the Midlands. His expertise was gained working for one of the largest specialist retail property teams operating outside London. John has negotiated entire programs of rent reviews and lease renewals in 32 different shopping centres and has a working knowledge of virtually every recognised retail location in England and Wales.
A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Member of the RICS Panel of Arbitrators for deciding rent review disputes in respect of out of town and in town retail and leisure premises, including supermarkets and department stores.
John has developed long lasting successful relationships with both small, local and large multi-national companies through his committed approach to getting outstanding results.
Working across a broad spectrum of commercial property sectors – food and beverage, shopping centres, high street retail, retail parks, major stores and food stores, plus proven experience in the office sector.
